Dark matter from a flat rotation curve

A spiral galaxy has a flat rotation curve with vc=220v_c = 220 km/s out to R=30R = 30 kpc. (a) Find the enclosed mass. (b) The luminous mass is 6×1010M6\times10^{10}\,M_\odot. What mass-to-light discrepancy does this imply, and what does it tell you about the density profile of the missing matter?
